Sweet Potato Baked Oats
Ingredients:
2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Plant milk
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
1/2 Baked Sweet Potato
1 Tsp Honey (or sweetener of choice)
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Sprinkle of Salt
Dash of Vanilla
Optional: Protein Powder
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into a blender & blend
Transfer mixture into an oven safe bowl or Microwave safe bowl
Set Oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes
For microwave, cook for 2-4 minutes
