Cherry Chocolate Protein Baked Oats (Personal Sized)

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ Rolled Oats

  • ⅓ cup Plant milk 

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds 

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • ½ a banana 

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Sprinkle of salt

  • Dash of vanilla 

  • Optional: Chocolate protein powder, Dash of Maple Syrup

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender & blend

  2. Transfer mixture into an oven safe bowl or Microwave safe bowl

  3. Set Oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes

  4. For microwave, cook for 2-4 minutes

  • Berry Compote

  • Walnuts or Brazil Nuts

  • Chocolate

  • Nut Butter

  • Coconut yogurt

  • Banana
