Slow Cooker Steak Sliders
It is not often that a slow cooker recipe comes around that is this good! This is a CEO of the House Slow Cooker Favorite! Enjoy!
2 Beef Flank Steaks (1 pound each)
2½ ounces of Taco Seasoning
1 Medium Onion
1 Can (4 ounces) chopped Green Chilies
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
10 Flour Tortillas (6 inch rounds)
2 Cups of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Cups of seeded Plum Tomatoes
1 cup of Sour Cream
Cut steaks in large chunks; rub with taco seasoning. Place in a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with onions, chilies and vinegar.Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meet is tender. Remove steaks and cool slightly; shred meat with two forks. Return to slow cooker and heat through.Spoon about ½ cup meat mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with cheese, tomato and sour cream.
