Crock Pot Recipe for Chocolate Cake?

Do you ever want to make a cake but you don't have time to wait for it to finish baking?  The Crock Pot or Slow Cooker comes to the rescue again, with this fabulous Crock Pot Chocolate Lava Cake recipe.

Chocolate Lava Cake - Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Box of your favorite Chocolate Cake Mix

• 1 Box of Instant Chocolate Pudding (3.9 oz box)

• 11/2 Cups of Chocolate Chips

• 4 Eggs

• 8 oz. of Sour Cream

• 3/4 cup of vegetable oil

• 1 cup of water

Directions:

1. Spray the Slow Cooker with Pam.

2. Mix the above ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender.

3. Fold the chocolate chip in with the other ingredients.

4. Pour everything in the Slow Cooker and cook on Low for 31/2 - 4 hours.

Recommendation:

1. Keep a close eye on the cooking time because the cake can go from perfect to over cooked quickly.

2. Serve hot and with ice cream.
