Key Lime Pie

When I can't be in Sanibel there is no other dessert in the world that brings me back to all the feel good vacation feelings like this, Key Lime Pie Recipe. Below you will find an easy to follow step by step video and a free printable version of this oh so yummy pie.
Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
5 tbsps of melted butter
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup of sour cream
3/4 cup of Key Lime Juice or 1/2 cup of lime juice and 1/4 cup of lemon juice
Instructions
Set your oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the graham crackers, sugar, and butter with a fork.
Line pie pan with graham cracker mixture and press firmly along bottom and the sides of the pan.
Combine condensed milk, sour cream and Key Lime Juice in a mixer.
After mixture is smooth, pour into the prepared pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Turn off oven and keep the pie in the turned off oven for another 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool on the counter for 10 minutes.
Place in the refrigerator over night.
Decorate with whip cream and lime zest.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
