Anyone who has been around me for any length of time knows that I love guacamole. If I see a bowl of the green, yummy goodness I just can’t resist. When I was pregnant with my fourth child, it was my number one craving, and it really hasn’t subsided since. One of my goto homemade versions is Gail’s 3G Guacamole, but my trusty standby is Wholly Guacamole. Costco sells them in a set of three and I never leave Costco without picking up one. When I return home, I throw two in the freezer and one in the refrigerator. I first fell in love with Wholly Guacamole when I took a frozen package with me on a camping trip and I was the hit around the campfire later that night. They freeze/defrost perfectly! Their website says it will keep in the freezer for up to three months. Because of our quick consumption of everything guacamole, we have not tried the three month freeze test. Keep an eye out for the individual servings, they are perfect for on the go lunches.
After missing lunch because of our mission to get Martha Stewart’s autograph at Blogher ’12, Wholly Guacamole along with Snyder’s Pretzels was the perfect stop. Nothing like landing on the exhibit hall and seeing a brand that you love and trust. I hope our daily visits showed them how much we love them but if not…check out the smile on Emily’s face! With a quick review of their website it looks like they have three flavors of guacamole, two sizes (family & single serving), other salsas and dips, and coupons!
