Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup of light Corn Syrup
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon Extract (or flavor of your choice)
- 1 drop red food coloring
- 12 Lollipop Sticks
- Sprinkles
Directions
- Spray the lollipop molds with vegetable cooking spray.
- Bring the sugar, water and corn syrup to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer until the mixture reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit. This should take about 20 minutes.
- Scatter your chosen sprinkles in the greased molds.
- When mixture reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit, stir in cinnamon extract and red food coloring.
- Carefully place mixture in the molds and press the lollipop sticks into place.
- Let cool
