Crust-less Quiche

2- 9 inch Quiches

 

12 Slices of cooked Bacon

4 Tbsp of Melted butter

8 Eggs

1 Cup of Pancake Mix

3 Cups of Milk

2 Tsp of Salt

Pepper to taste

 

For a tasty Quiche add a combined two cups of any cheese, any meat, and/or veggies.

1.)  Grease the bottom of two pie pans and line the pans with the cooked crumbles bacon.

2.)  In a separate bowl beat the eggs.

3.)  Add the butter slowly as to not “cook” the eggs.

4.)  Add all of the rest of your ingredients to the egg mixture.

5.)  Bake in a 375-degree oven for 50 minutes.  Make sure the eggs are set and the top is a golden brown.
