- 2 Cans of Garbanzo Beans
- 2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon of minced Garlic
- Smoked Sea Salt to taste
- Drain Garbanzo Beans in a colander and rinse with water.
- Dry Garbanzo Beans with a paper towel and place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
- Rub with Olive Oil, Minced Garlic and Smoked Sea Salt.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Check frequently to prevent burning.
- Let cool.
- Eat after cooling or store in an airtight container.
