We have been gone for the last eight days, eating out for every meal. As much as I enjoyed not having to prepare every meal, our food options all seemed to be fried with a little fried on the side. We were all excited to get back home and start consuming what our brains and our bodies are used to. Our 5 hens were very busy while we were gone, so it seemed a fitting start back to our family dinners to incorporate their fabulous eggs.
